Short Bio

Dr. Kogan is a Research Assistant Professor at IMDEA Networks Institute. For over decade (2000-2012), he spent at Cisco Systems as a Technical Leader, where he worked on two major platforms C12000 and ASR1000. During his work at Cisco, he formalized his knoledge in Ph.D at Ben-Gurion University, Israel (2008-2012). Later he spent one year as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Waterloo, Canada, where he worked with Srinivasan Keshav in ISS4E group and Alejandro Lopez-Ortiz in Algorithms and Complexity group. Later he worked with Patrick Eugster in DPDS group at the Purdue University, USA.
